Screening for patio's.

Does anyone know the name of the screening material that has either a rubber or some other waterproof coating that keeps water out?
Had that years ago in a screened patio. The bottom screens had this rubber coating where water could not come in. Was at Lowes but did not see it there, Trying to find some. Thanks.
