Plymouth trim levels - 02/27/20 04:01 PM

Let's say for 1970 trim levels from lowest to highest. Are these correct?

Belvedere

Roadrunner

GTX

Satellite

No

Belvedere
Satellite

At least that’s the order of cost.

There are two pages that show the actual MRRPs for each 1970 model at www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/SalesmansPocketGuides/1970/Pg%20014.jpg & www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/SalesmansPocketGuides/1970/Pg%20015.jpg

Barry would your links put the order with the base Sport Satellite more expensive than the base Road Runner?

Belvedere
Satellite
Road Runner
Sport Satellite
GTX

That is what the numbers say.

It is also interesting that a 4-door Sport Satellite like mine cost more than the 2-door version.

Isn't a Sport Satellite designated a "P" (premium) vs. a GTX designation of "S" (special). I was looking through a book somewhere and it listed the GTX before the Sport Satellite. Have no clue where or what book that was. I'll have to think about that for a while. How are they listed in the parts books? I'm thinking the GTX is before the Sport Satellite. I could very well be wrong also.
