Woodward Dream Cruise - 01/31/20 01:52 AM

My wife, son and his family and myself plan to go to the Woodward Dream Cruise for the first time this year. I understand the deal about staying up there is all about finding where a group is staying that has similar cars. Is there certain place along the route to stay where fellow Mopar owners hang out and stay. Goings start putting together plans.

Well, as far as hanging out...the Wednesday preceeding the actual Saturday "cruise"...you can go to the "Donut Cutter" donut shop. On Woodward just north of Catalpa street or a few blocks south of 12 mile road, on the west side of Woodward....the lot is free to park in. The Wed. night before the official cruise, is where alot of the local Mopars hang out, (for the most part), and the parking lot usually starts filling up around 3- 4:00pm roughly. Their address is 28173 Woodward Ave. Berkley, MI. 49072 Have fun and eat some donuts! up

There are a few small Mopar enclaves. There is a group up by 14 mile road. But it is a club, i believe the North Oakland Mopar Club?

Otherwise you just gotta either find someone or find a spot. I usually try to stay near the heart around 13 Mile. There is a large park there and fills with cars.

Here's a few thousand images from Dream Cruise over the past few years. It is usually the days leading up and through the Cruise.

Went out for the Roadkillnights but could not stay for the the following weekend that is the cruise. It was a great experience in the MOPAR tent and hanging on the starting line all afternoon. The best part was the company I had the honor to have along with the hospitality! up

Having a VO on the rocks with Ted........PRICELESS!!!!!! bow
