On a 1969 hemi it is actually a "215" fan with an 070 clutch.

Only cosmatic restoration is available. It is quite pricy and there is a long wait, not worth it in my opinion. Just get a new one that looks close from mancini. I have never been asked about the authenticity of my fan clutch yet at a car show.
