I used Goop and Gojo hand cleaner (the ones without grit).

They worked great on my harnesses in the '63 Dodge.

I used a pressure washer, worked great. I sprayed some degreaser on them first and laid them out in my driveway and blasted them clean. Then WD 40 them.

I washed my dash harness in the dishwasher. Worked pretty good too.

Enamel reducer on a rag works well. Cleans them up instantly.

If you have paint on them, I've watched a buddy use spray stripper, then scrub with a cut down paint brush, then hoses it off many times. Followed by enamel reducer.

Did in on an original harness for a 429CJ Torino that went to Barrett Jackson.
