Is there a bulb that can be replaced & how do you get them apart.It has power(flashing) with a test lite to the turn signal mounted to the fender. Thanks to all.

There is a tiny bulb that can be replaced. The method to do so is by sticking either a screwdriver or quarter in the slot on the lense and turn. If it is an old lense then use a quarter for sure and be super careful. More than likely though if they are old lenses they will crack.

They repop the lens so you should be ok there

If you get new bulbs and it still doesn't work, it might not be grounded. The turn signal itself needs to have a good ground between the fender and turn signal housing.

You need to remove the turn signal from the fender. There's a set screw underneath that holds the lens. If you try to turn it, it'll break.
