cuda rear side marker

there are 2 styles, one has just the hole the other has a shaft .what is the correct application ? Years, production dates?

Can't understand 'shaft'. Here is '69 rectangular front marker. '69 rear is the same except red. Before '69 they were round.

If you are referring to 70-71 here is parts catalog listing. By doing an online search with the part# you may find a picture.

I have all 4 of the originals out of an April 70 built car. I'll pull them later today and post a picture later on tonight
