make sure that the other side hasn't gone over with it,if it hasn't the core took all the impact-the easiest way is to drill the spot welds on the apron, above the damaged rail.that will relieve some pressure.then, drill the spot welds on the top of the rail out,and you can lift/bend up the top rail cover.i would also drill out a few spot weld to un hook the core support too.once this is done, apply some outward pressure to the rail.with a sever spone and heavy hammer you should be able to sraighten out the dent from the inside, you will have to increase the pressure as you go.if your very carefull you can use a porter power off the k fram for pressure,or a come along the other way-just make sure your car is not going to move.after you will have to hammer and dolly the damaged areas.if you must, you can use a little heat, but not to much, heat only the most strecthed spot.cool it after you get it were it should be,slowly.then button it back up.oh yeah, measure, measure and measure,if you dont have the measurements, square is a good reffernce.use straight parts too to fit-bumper with brackets, etc.
