can anyone direct me to who might sell repro ECM mounting bracket like used on 72-74 B & E bodies ?

Go to my website (www.billrolikenterprises.com) and on the left side of the home page, click on the GREEN tab titled "SEARCH STORE".

Punch in 3513750 and you will see the bracket package!

who sells the one that bolts to the rear of the valley pan on a big block?

It allows for some airflow behind the ECU to keep it cooler. Most people who add the MP electronic ignition just bolt the ECU to the firewall. The factory thought there needed to be some extra cooling so they came up with that bracket.

With all the orange box failures I keep reading about, it makes me wonder if having them bolted dirrectly to the firewall is part of the problem.
