The material is available if you have a good upholstery shop to stitch them up. Original Auto Interiors or SMS. Matter of fact, I have NOS material in blue vinyl for a '64 Savoy, all 3 patterns + the silver-foil piping.

thanks for reply. I have the tan cloth with beige vinyl and no foil piping, very basic. Do these people stitch up the seats also? I have the original back seats but I'll be using the front seat out of a Belvedere and have both recovered.

There's the grained bolster pattern, the textured insert (seating surface) pattern, and the ribbed pattern along the top of the backrest, which is bordered with a silver foil piping. The rest of the piping is in color.
Here's a pic of my '64 Savoy; seats are dead-on correct vinyl.
SMS is in Portland, OR and sells upholstery material, as does Original Auto Interiors in MI.

When I asked Legendary about my wagon they said they would buy the material from SMS. I would go right to the source.

When I did my 65 Belvedere II wagon, Legendary had me pick the closest thing they had for material (GM) and I had to get 2dr hardtop seat covers and take them to a local shop to get them cut and remade to fit my wagon. All for $900. Local guy gave me a big break, only 150.
