1970 Ebody Radio fastener? - 04/05/11 02:31 AM
What are the exact fasteners that hold the radio to the dash frame look like? There was an auto meter gauge cluster in the radio area when I got the car. I was lucky that the original AM radio came with the car in a separate box. It did have the 2 nuts that attach the that support bracket but not the ones that screw into the bottom. Any pics or info as always is greatly appreciated. This is for a 1970 Cuda with rallye dash.

They are philips head screws. You can see a side on view in the last photo of the page at

NO, No, They were NOT, Phillips head screws. They are bolts.
I have a small handful of them , I will try to photo and post a pic
today.

Mine had philips screws, maybe they ran out of the hex screws the day it came down the line?
