68 Coronet headlight bezel nut ..round plastic deal - 02/01/11 11:19 PM

I am curious if anyone knows of another chrysler vehicle that uses the same plastic "nut" or extension tube that holds the front bezel on a coronet. The shank is about 1-1/4" long, and similar to a licence plate screw plug (square). It would be nice to get this locally, than to get them shipped in from the states.

I got mine for my 68 GTX from either Premier Fasteners or West Coast Fasteners in Vancouver, BC. It's been a few years and we had dealt with both at our Dealership.
I don't know if they have a website that'll show any distributors in Canada.
If you want, I can find some phone numbers.

Thanks Richard, I'm going to see if a 68 300 has the same ones, If thats the case, then I'm ok. The parts book doesn't show a # on those.

I have a related problem, I have all of the white "nut" things, but for some reason I am short 2 of the 8 screws I need to mount the bezels. Can I just get just 2 of them somewhere? I have a fair amount of old Mopars, but this looks like a screw all it's own.

that plastic tower nut is 1968 Coronet only. 1968 GTX is shorter
