Headliner clips? - 01/17/11 09:23 PM
I'm in the process of reinstalling my headliner in my 70 Cuda. I was watching a car show the other day in which they were installing one on a 69 Charger and what caught my attention was that they used clips to attach the headliner to the side lip in lieu of using glue. Does someone make these? I hate the idea of using messy glue to attach the sides.

Seller "retromotive" on eBay has them for pretty cheap. Just look up headliner clips on eBay. Here is one of their listings:

In my opinion you won't get the proper "stretch" on the headliner using ONLY clips...You need to glue the edges to hold the headliner taunt and in place.
