What primer under 2k ceramic epoxy?

Does the Eastwood epoxy 2k require a primer? Should I apply over bare metal? Should i use DP90? Will the 2k epoxy lift an aerosol primer?

i dont understand buying paint from eastwwod. everything they sell can be got locally.

Does the Eastwood epoxy 2k require a primer? No but you should use an etching primer on bare metal.
Should I apply over bare metal? Some 2K primners say you can but I always use etching primer to make sure.
Should i use DP90? Great product

I will be using the Eastwood 2k ceramic epoxy, which is not a primer.
Eastwood's suggested their rust encapsulator under the 2k ceramic epoxy.
