Year One 1968-1970 rallye gauges ? - 11/25/10 07:51 PM
I have a question I am hoping somebody can answer for me. Are the gauges that Year One sells refaced using decals or the silkscreen process? Also has anybody had good results using decals to reface gauges? If so who sells the best decal kits?
Thank You for you help

Didn't know that YO sold rallye gauges.
I had my stock ones done at Autoinstruments and they look great but most people here recommend Instrument Specialties.

I was looking through the catalog and saw that they sell the Tic Toc tach and the fuel, temperature, oil pressure and ammeter gauges for 1968-1970 b bodies. I just want to know if anybody has bought these and what they think of them.
Thank You

I think the ones they are selling are reprodutions from OER. I have not tried them but considering a set myself.

The year one gauges are chinese repro junk. I would never put them in my car. Go with the real thing. Any original gauge can be restored to new condition and function. The repro's are throw away items!!

Hello Mike,
Is there a better way to contact you than e-mail? I e-mailed you on the 22nd asking about prices and turn a round time and never received a reply. You and Redline gauge works(who I also e-mailed and never received a reply)are highly recommended for gauge restoration. What is the best way to contact you.
Thank You

I bought my gauges here, worked great, have done two cars with them with no issues. Used the Rallye dash circuit board as well, no issues.
Highly recommended
