All '71 wheels were "steel". 
1971 Plymouth 'Cuda's w/340, 383, 440+6 -
14x6" w/hub caps or full wheel covers had Goodyear Polyglas F70-14 (RWL or "white stripe")
14x5.5" "rallye" or "road" wheels had Goodyear Polyglas F70-14 (RWL or "white stripe")
15x7" w/hub caps or 15x7" "rallye" wheels had Goodyear Polyglas GT E60-15 w/RWL

buddy of mines 70 V-code supertrack challenger has 14" rallyes. Theres no build sheet so I have no idea if it's legit or not. He's owned the car since the mid-seventies and thats what was on it when he bought it. I haven't seen him in years , so I assume he still has it

IMO thay are the best looking tires for an E Body: PERIOD! they make em lough TOUGH with that squared off look.
