1970 - the 71 drivers valve cover has a raised section as if there could be a filler on that side

On 70 or 71 440 they shouldn't have the spark plug tabs on the PCV (driver's) side, only the passenger side.
I'm not certain about 383's , but I think they would be the same.

70 HP motor,no wire tab's on driver side all wires went down front of vave cover,standard 440 had tab's for # 7 plug wire.
