68 Barracuda interior

The seat upholstery in my Dad's '68 is white with maroon beading. The car has maroon carpet and maroon and white door panels.

Is the seat upholstery original?

I don't have a pic of the interior.

No it is not correct and neither are the door panels. Seat covers and door panels should be one solid color and the the welt cord on the covers would match the color of the seat

Thanks, I noticed that all the repro seat covers had the same color welt beading as the rest of the upholstery, that's what made me think it might not be original.

The door panels may be all white but on a maroon painted door.

My 68 Barracuda came new with white and Maroon interior. Carpet, headliner, dash pad, seat belts, console and all exposed metal surfaces are maroon. Seats and door panels are white. Fender tag should read H6V under TRM if originally equipped that way.

I haD A 68 fastback like that in the late 80's- is the exterior red with a 340 auto? just curious- I sold it to a guy off route 340 near Lancaster PA about 1988.... Gib

No, My car is a coupe, Maroon/Black vinyl top 340 4 speed.

My 68 340-S coupe is Burgandy?Maroon exterior and white and maroon two tone exterior.

I have seen a convertible with white and maroon interior with 68 white upper door paint.
