(Need help,Spring went flying!!!) Got my booster and m/c installed and the return spring went flying off on dissassembly.I forgot to take a pic of the asy.while taking apart,Can anyone help,Its off my 70 Superbee dics/drum inside brake linkage

Is this the spring that attaches to the underdash linkage? if so look at the bracket that the steering column & pedals are mounted to.. above the "dogbone" shaped link that attaches the pedal to the bellcrank... there should be two slots.. One end of the spring hooks through those slots.. The other fits into the groove in the dogbone... It prevents rattles...

I did see the groove in the dog bone but I couldnt find where the onter end went,so it hooks from the dog bone groove to the center on the bellcrank? and I noticed it "clicked" when I moved the pedal.I also haven't put in any fluid yet.

Not to the bellcrank.. Straight up to the bracket that the pedals are hung off of... Seriously look straight up from the groove in the dogbone & you'll see two slots in the support bracket.. Edited grabbed this picture off ebay.. The two slots that run acroos the bracket...You'll be looking at the bottom of this bracket..
