Would a TA or AAR still have these plates? I'd think the holes in the floor would not be drilled. Whats correct?

No hanger brackets . It will have holes on the passenger side only . They should have seam sealer over them .

White sealer same as the rest of the trunk . Usually a blob over each hole then painted .

Some did have a single bracket installed & never used.
Most just have seam sealer over the holes.

My car had no plate and seam sealer over the holes. Real bad picture but that was the way it was..

I'd need to look again,, but I believe my Original AAR has no holes either side.
