Door hinge post and front frame rail for '68 Charger?

The bottom of my door hinge post was full of sediment that caused it to rust through in the bottom 4". Does anyone make that panel or am I looking at scavenging one? Also, the front of the framerail has some bubbling below where the bumper brackets mount,k between the heavy steel bar inside and the outer skin. What should I do about it? Cut out the bad metal and weld in a fabbed patch panel of similar thickness?
