headlamp splash shields

Anybody knows where should these go?
As I know these are headlamp splash shields for Challenger, they are even pictured in parts catalog, but I can't find any place where they fit.
Maybe it was for other year (I have 70)

THey mount inside the fender behind the headlights. You mount them from inside the wheelwell area.

I knew I must be blind or sth, I was looking only from the grill/valance side, now it is clear
