Source for 66-67 B body dash knob metal inserts (discs)

Anybody know who reproduces or sells the little stainless steel inserts that go in the centre of most of the dash switches on 66-67 plymouth B bodys?i have seen them somewhere,just not sure where?

I thought Scott Smith (Harms) did those?? Have you checked his website?
