Where can I get the little metal retainers for the 330 letters on the sail panel of my '63 Dodge?
My were rusted and mangled beyond repair.

Check your local parts house. I got some several years ago off one of those peg board displays. They were made by body-tite for a 1/8" stud. The part # back then was 45418. I still have the package with one in it. Good luck.
