Is there a difference in dash frames from 70 to 74? If so how do you tell a 70 dash frame frome the others?
Thanks

Pretty much the same frame for 70-4, a/c or non-a/c, Rallye or non-Rallye.

4 speed cars will have a hole for the reverse light, but you could weld it up if you dont need it.
Beep Beep said there was a difference in the 74 dash frame, but He wouldn't say what it is, so ???

some 74 cars had a seat belt light that looked similar to a 4spd reverse light.

All the E body 4 speeds came with the backup light. The location of its mounting hole moved slightly between 1971 & 1972.
Although some other 74 mopars had a dash mounted seatbelt light, You should not find one on any 72-74 E body because those E bodies have the seat belt light located with the guages.

I might be wrong but I thought 70-71 had attaching holes for the shaker cables.I do have 2-70 frames a 71 and 2-72 frames, but all are in storage right now.

shaker cable attaches under the bottom edge right? like the vent cables on non AC cars, the map light, the key buzzer, the road lamp switch on rallye dash 'cudas, and the long plastic AC trim piece. There are lots of holes pre drilled down there for things.
