What is the widest rear tire I can use in my 1969 Roadrunner. Normal 8 3/4 rear with new leaf springs and shocks.

I would like to use 295/60 15s on an 8" rim will it fit under the car.
I know of superbees with 295s. But I have heard dodge and plymouths have different wheel well sizes.

295x60-15? Largest 60 series I've seen is 275x60-15. If they do make a 295, an 8" rim is going to be marginal.
I would think the inner wheel tub for a SB and RR are the same. If it fits one one, should fit the other.
