PAINT YOUR CAR VIDEO?

Thinking of repainting my daughter's Neon, clear's coming off, and I don't believe you can just remove the clear.

Does someone offer a general video series about painting one's car? I've seen some generic car mags cover it, but I've never bought any of them.
