UCA Resto question.....

Are these sleeves important to put back on? If so, are they towards the back or front of the car?

They are reinforcement sleeves...one on each side. See attached picture of my original arm...This is the passenger side...sleeve goes to the rear. I was told they are not necessary but I put mine back on.
