I belive this is the one for 1970 4-barrel cars (except Cali emissions which has 3 nipples IIRC)

That's what I'm looking for - 1970 4 barrel for a B body. If that's a 1 nipple (and Cali has 3 nipples) are there any with 2 nipples?
Correct me if I'm wrong - because I don't have a dual snorkel air cleaner yet, but does one hose go from the breather to the back of the air cleaner housing?
And no jokes about the 2 nipples question.

I've seen a few on Ebay with two nipples, but no idea of the orignal application, possibly trucks.. 70 383 Federal would be one 5/8" nipple

Hooks up like this in 1970 on a non-emmissions car:
You will also need the "1970 only" valve covers to make it look completely stock if that's what you are going for. (They have the push-in breather grommet on the passenger rear, filler cap on the passenger front, and the PCV on the drivers rear)
Unfortunately, these VC can be hard to find if you do not have them, or you can custom drill yours like i did.

I see how you drilled the hole for the hose on that aftermarket cover. Is that some kind of chrome piece I see in which the hose goes thru? And what do you have on the driver cover - did you drill a hole for the PCV?

My neighbor has a '70 six pack Challenger with the two nipple cap that he claims is correct for only the six pack engines in 1970. TIFWIW.

I drilled out the center rivet of a regular filler cap. Then I bolted it back together using a brass barb fitting and a nut on the back (with loctite). Then slid the hose and clamp on the barb.
Now, if I want to take my air cleaner off, I can just turn the filler cap--no more messing with sliding the breather hose on and off or pulling the breather out.
