What is this? 1970 Cuda (or Challenger?)

I found this in the passenger floor board a while back in my Cuda. Part #2894318. Has two tabs. Anny guesses?

More than likely, it's the rubber flap on the firewall in the engine compartment where the cowl water draind out under the windshield wiper..

Look at the black flap directly under the ballast resistor and "behind" the engine vacuum hose.

Yes, its a drain cover that attaches onto the firewall for the cowl drain.
