71 Cuda K-member: does it need replacement or... - 12/06/23 06:53 PM
Can it be repaired? I searched the web and I can't find a "how to" on repair.
Thanks,
David

I assume your referring to where its pushed in on the left of the center seem, if it was mine I would remove the stabilizer bar & heat it up to the point of glowing red & get behind the dent with a pry bar & work the dent out, you may need to put a block of wood or something inside to give the prybar something to push against, that's what I did for mine but it wasn't quite as bent,

It's banged up pretty good , I worked on one similar to that when it was out of the car using a couple of the holes that are in the top right over it with a steel rod thru the hole , then hid what was there with a repop skid plate , looks like you could use the skidplate to help protect that pan.
