340 alternator bracket to water pump bolts?

What finish. This is for my 71 340 swinger. Pics of the front of a detailed engine would be awesome. thanks

I would think trhey are black phospahate because the alternator bracket and bolts are not installed prior to painting the motor. Same with power steeringans a/c.
