Im not 100%.
But I dddnt think the AAR or TA booster master cylinder assy was painted ?

Think again. ;-)
The master cylinder, lid, bail, check valve and booster were all painted gloss black as an assembly.

I painted mine with POR15 (gloss) - fortunately I was able to save the original orange dab......
