Rear Valance 70 Dart

Was the rear valance on the car when it was painted? Also, could someone please post a pic of the hardware used to attach the valance? Thanks

Go to R/T specialties. They might have a kit for you. The are a basic bolt with a built in washer. Like a 10/32 or so. Similar to a bolt that holds down the dash along the windshield, but with a bigger washer.
