Anyone have any photos or knowledge of the original color of the disk brakes splash shield? Uncoated galvanized, black???

I have a set that came off a 71 Demon a guy parted out and they are galvanized. Not sure if that would carry back to 1969 though??

Don't know if you experienced it with your wing car restoration or not but when I disassembled mine I found traces of black paint under the bolt heads.

Splash shields on my 1970 Duster 340 are galvenized.
