Best Source for E-body Door Panels, etc - 04/12/19 01:07 PM
I am finally willing to pull the trigger and buy a set of the reproduction interior panels for a Challenger. Any recommendations for vendors? I’d like to pick up at Carlisle or the Nats to save on shipping, etc. Does anyone run a show special or any other promotion that worth waiting for (Year One sale, etc)?
The “metro” ones are the best right? Are there any places or types still out there to avoid?
Thanks!

You mite check with Classic Industries. I think they hit a lot of the major shows. Not sure how there prices compare to others.

Roseville only does one show per year, in MI. I sent a note to Dante, haven’t heard back yet. Will check with Classic too.
Thanks

Just make sure they are Metro panels and not the other ones

Thanks Morty - Most places I have looked point out “injection molded” vs. “vacuumed formed.” I assume the only injection molded ones available are “Metro”? Did any one else
Funny, Year One actually has the best deal right now with their 30 percent discount. Door panel and rear panel set for $930 shipped. Still checking with Dante about Carlisle pick up.

All I can add is that “Palco” is the manufacturer to avoid at all costs! They are the ones that are......too glossy, too hard, too brittle, don’t fit right, look right, sound right (seriously) and feel right. They probably don’t even smell and taste right.
They came out in the 90’s and were a huge dissapointment.
