T/A spoiler, mounting HW?

Looking to replace my fiberglass T/A spoiler with a better part.
Couple of questions:
- What does the original mounting HW look like?
- How much adjustability is there, or how critical is the placement of the drilled holes?
- Were they painted or molded in black?
- Who has the best prices on the ABS repos?

Thx for the pics, so it looks like there is a little "wiggle" room on the center mounts.
Anyone have a pic of the 2 holes at the edges?

But there are slotted holes for U-clips / body nuts that fit into it & then the screws tap into them.
