1968-70 Standard Dash Bezel Rechrome Info needed

I've been looking for who is the go to person / Co. to have a 1968 to 1970 Standard B-Body plastic Chrome bezel refinished and the lens polished. I used Mr G's in the past but they are no longer offering the service.

Well Instrument Specialties is close by you in CT. and can do it, but will take a very long time to get it back, trust me. G-Car might get it done quicker.

Thanks guys. I can't believe how much the price of this has gone thru the roof, I remember buying a couple of them years ago from Mr. G's for $40.00 each. Looks like G-Car is the winner, called the RI place and they never got back to me, after they said we will call you right back. Not a good sign.

If you care like I do, when G-Car did mine, they painted the back side black. I know you don't see it but, I'm picky and was not happy. Something to mention when reaching out to him if you don't want it like that.

G car did this and it is flawless,couldn't have been done any better.

Ralph Gcar is the place to go. He is slow (4-5 months) but fair and quality.
He did every car I owned.

I had vacuum ornametal a couple years back did fine by me

This is a very reasonable price (GCar). Mr.C's stuff was fine for the time but the quality was pretty poor.
