NOS TA Air Cleaner Sticker

I picked up an NOS TA air cleaner sticker recently and thought I'd post a pic next to the ECS decal. As expected, the ECS is pretty much dead nuts to the original. The only difference I see is the original is a bit glossier. Now I 'll just need to find out of the 40+ year-old adhesive will still work... If not, I may have to go with a 3M spray adhesive.

Are they both the exact same length?

Measurements of the original would be cool & a scan of the back with all the lettering would be awesome!

I would just use the repro sticker. That way if it gets messed up you can always get another.

Depends on the levels the restoration. Is the original wider than the repo? Looks like it from here. Thanks for sharing.

I just measured.

Original is 13 1/16" W X 3 15/16" H

NOS is about 4mm wider.

I have had this ECS sticker for over ten years and cannot say if anything has changed since then.

So no white border on the ends of the original.

There is no white border. That's the sticker backing on the reproduction sticker.

On my PC screen it looks like the Font size of the letters look bigger than the reproduction...

There could be a slight difference in height on the "SIXPACK" letters. Pretty negligible if any IMO.

Generally the sticker is cut to size. The white border appears because the sticker shrinks and the backing does not.
