As I was unpacking boxes I found that I have two column mounts. Can anyone tell me the different applications?

Bottom is for a manual 3speed column shifted Trans. Extra support welded on it. I sold one for $150, the guy couldn't find one anywhere.

Really? Good to know, but I won't plan my retirement yet, I'll bet those don't get hunted down all the time. Thanks!

This is my '69 RR 4-speed column. Greatly resembles the top piece in your photo. The number stamped on it appears to be AP 42

These are the same 1967-1970 b body. The 1966 has the solid column and is held up by a U strap only.
I'll get pictures of a 3 speed support and check for numbers.
