parking brake pedal spring

I have a 69 b body

the parking brake does not hold ( does not rachet)

It looks like the parking brake pedal is missing a spring

Does any one know where I can buy a spring?

or what size spring?

The spring is internal - installed before the assembly is riveted together. You'd be better off just buying another used pedal assembly. I got one for $30. I'm pretty sure they're the same on all B bodies from 66 to 70 so they're not rare.
