Curious if anyone has seen a VON code like this before? I understand the R designates public relations, but I've only seen the first letter followed by numbers, not letters.

Another code makes me think the tag isn't legit.

I've never seen a VON that did not have 6 digits.

I think the second tag tells you all you need to know about the first tag

Quite the fantasy someone has got going there.

Ha, didn't even notice that.

They did a fairly decent job with the tag codes which made me think they might have had the broadcast sheet, but there is a code on there that Windsor tags don't have.
