International paint stripping company have you used them ?

My friend called me and told me about this company in Michigan. Anyone used them? Saw a couple of reviews that didn't sound good. He's my painter, we were going to send it to Newbury blasting in Newbury ohio because it's close to me.This International paint stripping dips the car and parts then e-coats under one roof. Hard to find an e-coater that will run small jobs. Where did you see the reviews? My "view" of reviews is: if someone is unhappy they'll post a bad review, if someone is happy they just keep it to themselves. So for every bad review I figure there have to be at least ten happy customers !!

Been around since '82 so they must be doing something right !!

So being that a shop providing these services is hard to find, after reading about these guys last night I asked for a quote to dip strip and e-coat a '69 front fender. I got the response this morning so they're on top of their game in that respect. Cost to strip and e-coat was quoted at $ 125.00. I think that's a hell of a deal. So I asked how much to do the whole car - body, trunk lid, doors and fenders. Will post when I hear back.

By comparison, any other dipper is in the $ 3000. price range just to strip the car - no e-coat afterwards !!

Since $3000. is average for just stripping, the additional $925 for e-coat seems reasonable.
