your 3004768 5 1/2 leaf is right side, your 3004767 6 leaf is left side H/D should be for 68 coronet R/T and 68 Charger R/T 426 or 440, thats what is says in my master 68 parts cataloge.

68-71 B-Body 426 & 440
3004767 - Left - 6 leaves
3004768 - Right - 5 + 2 half leaves forward of axle.
3004767 was also used on both sides of Police and HD B-Body applications, 68-72.
