Help identifying mirror?

I believe this to be manual mirror P/N #2802710 except this number appears nowhere on the part. There is one number on the base P/N #2802699. Correct me if I'm wrong but the assembly as a whole is 2802710 and the base as a sub assembly is 2802699? This mirror has gasket P/N #2802303

Was this mirror used on 1968-70 B-Bodies?

Same one on one of my 1970 B-body 4-doors.

Standard driver's side mirror (non remote)

Yours is prettier though.

Doesn't say "Made In Canada" on the underside of the mounting mast does it?

It does not. Why? What would that mean?

Some of the late 69 cars used a mirror similar in appearance. The top of the mast was more rounded off than other earlier / later mirrors. And these had "Made in Canada" printed underneath. Different vendor I suppose.

The 3JC4 numbers on the glass part is a date code.
Not sure what date it is but someone will know.
Found that on mine and Roger Gibson resto told me what mine were.
Just an FYI
