Is there a chart for transmission # colors?

Want to put the 3 digit painted stamp on my trans. How do I determine the color?? 71 B-Body 4 speed "787"

I dont know if there is a chart. My 71 E-Body 4 speed "753" was the blue color like steering link, pitman arm. I will try to load a picture.

Your 753 is for a 340 car right?

71 340 would be 757

Is 753 right for 71 B-Body 383 or 787?

No, 753 is 1971 e-body, 787 is for 1971 b-body, blue numbers.

Stamp.com or some place better? The characters look to be 1" by 2 1/2"
