Help - Options to repair missing hood bumper stud retainers?

The round bracket that the hood stop stud stop threads into. Are these repairable or do they have to replaced?

What are the popular options for this issue?

There was a pair on ebay not that long ago. May be worth looking there.

find a donor from a junk fender and you can weld it in place

That's what I was thinking. I have one passenger side junk fender I was going to cut up but upon closer inspection, the retainer is already broken. So I began wondering if there was another way around this.

I'll keep my eye out for one.
