Was it required though? Clearly this buyer preferred the W23 Magnum rims.

so, 1968 and 1968 hemi cars were all 15" wheel cars,
but in 1970 chrysler allowed 14"

was that on all b-bodies?

cause im pretty certain hemi e-bodies were all 15"

These situations make me wish to see the order form. Then we would know if the tire/wheel code was left blank. I think some options were chosen by default.

It would have been easy to overlook stuff in a new model year. I remember when the 71 Demon 340 came out. I was talking to a salesman at the Dodge dealer and he said in 70 the Swinger 340 had scoops standard so they just ordered in a 71 Demon 340 and it came with no scoops, he knew he would have a hard time selling it without the scoops. It would have been similar with the 70 B-body Hemi, imagine the disappointment when it showed up on the car carrier with those little training wheels on it.
