Chrysler Imperial clubs have been working for years to get parts suppliers lined up.
I bet there's someone who could overhaul the motor itself. The motor is rotor, stator, brushes, bushings or bearings, screws. Not much to go wrong.
You can get them on Rockauto for back as far as 1969. Is it possible that later ones would work with some tweaks?

Do you have it apart and need replacement parts? I have no source for new parts. Could get a spare to,fix or rob parts from.

It is possible to take the motor apart, clean and lube where needed and have them work great. That is if they are not a ball of rust.

Do they look like these?

Yep, that's the motor assembly .
Motor runs fine both ways.
Worm gear looks good.
Pocket under window gear drive was full of chewed up plastic .

Rockauto sells the plastic gear assembly. Dorman part # 747411. Look under 1974 Charger, Interior, Power window motor gear
