I need spare rim and tire and Build sheet for 70 challenger says Spare 16 under wheel. What should I be looking for ??

What wheel and tire is the car coded for?

All my 70 Challengers are 15" wheel cars and under Spare it shows "81" which should be for the Space Saver

My 71 Challenger 340 is a 14" hubcap car and it's coded "00"

So my car has F70-14 white wall tires with deluxe hubcaps. This means my spare would be 14" steel wheel painted black with a F70-14 white wall tire on it

14 x 5.5 Rallye wheels
with a 14 x 5.5 black spare
